All about the new trend-break up!!

Vinitha (person I know)had to face a break-up just one month after she kick started her relationship. Anand (person I know), who was in relationship for 8 years faced a break up few days ago. Sanjay (person I know) is “re-thinking” about the decision he had taken of “commitment” after months he had committed himself to a relationship. In an article of TOI today(http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2011-09-09/china/30134331_1_agent-couples-chinese-internet),it is said that “break up agents” are becoming a new culture in china.

Break-up agents inform about the break-up from the person who wants to put a full stop to the relationship to the person who wants to continue. Some support the idea of break up agents and others don’t. Whatever it is, there is going to be no stop to increasing number of new relationships and much more increasing number of break-ups. A few tips for the broken, specially for the first time.

ESCAPE. The Encouraging quotes like “Don’t walk away from problems , face it”, “Once you face a problem, it is gone” do not work for broken hearts specially when it is about relationships. So make a mere escape. Vacate the place as fast and as far as you can. Remembering the places you spent together with your ex will make only things worse. A change of place lessens the pain, if not more at least less.

More work.If your working hours is 8, make it 10. Nothing is like distraction. Concentrating more on career for instance helps. Take up a hard and tiring job. SAY NO TO SELF PITY. Fine if it hurts, many are with you. You are not the only one hurt in world. Atleast now you know you were in a wrong way. But remember strongly, loneliness is devil’s angel.

CRY. Do not ever feel shy to cry . Cry as much as you can that you hate crying anymore. Time is the only medicine here. Take time to pull all your emotions out.Do not push yourself into healing or hide your emotions. Be as much open as one can be. Sometime later you will find it is not worth enough crying anymore.

SOCIALIZE MORE," ANONYMOUSLY ".create a account in an anonymous name, speak with more people through, chat , mails etc. You will be convinced that there are worst story than yours. Socialize more with unknown people but do not reveal your identity. Speaking with a stranger can make you open up thoughts freely. It helps immensely in de-stressing you.Again, be careful by not revealing your self or anything about you.

These four things can make you escape the depression.You will never get into deep depression. But in the process make sure you do not develop judgements about the opposite gender .Be bold enough to fall into a beautiful relationship again. People do not make the same mistakes again.
